Department of Defense, San Antonio, TX - DoD Tenant Fit-Up was a project for the Department of Defense that achieved a Gold rating under LEED-CI. This project was adaptive reuse of an existing grocery store which was remodeled into an educational facility. The project is categorized as an interior finish out space, in which 34,009 SF were remodeled. This is the second LEED-Cl Gold rated project in Texas and the first LEED-Cl in San Antonio, as well as, the highest rated within the Department of Defense.
